Exact Wave to Spin-Off Address Solutions Subsidiary, Qualified Address

Provo, Utah (June 21, 2009) - Exact Wave, a leading provider of on-demand Postal Data and List Management solutions, today announced the formation of Qualified Address llc. Exact Wave shareholders will maintain ownership of the new entity. Qualified Address has become a leading provider of On-Demand Address Management Solutions since its launch in 2005.

Qualified Address products include web based USPS® CASS-Certified Scrubbing and LiveAddress LiveAddress – a real-time address verification API. Products currently in development include a web based NCOA service and the first web based PAVE engine. Both of these products are expected to launch in 2010.
